Alpha Choice Finance, the company that currently owns the majority stake in Hereford United, have submitted a temporary location to inspect company documents along with their previously overdue Annual Return.
The company have registered a 'SAIL' address in Dartford for the inspection of company documents. The address has been previously used by FP Mailings (Premier) Ltd, who have now moved their registered office to Phillip Gambrill's Herne Bay address where Alpha Choice Finance remains registered.
FP Mailings, co-incidentally, were also in Court on December 1st to face a winding up petition from HMRC.
The AR01 Annual Return states that Alan McCarthy is the sole shareholder of the company, holding all ten shares in the company, however the company is now listed as Dormant on the return.
