Club Gets Gazette Notice For Late Filing Of Documents

Hereford United have been given a notice of dissolution after failing to file their annual return in good time.

The documentation was due in July but, now four months later, has not been filed leading Companies House to being the dissolution process with a First Notice in the London Gazette. The process will complete in three months unless the club file the overdue documents.

The process is usually used to remove dormant companies from the Register.

Both Scrooby Ltd and Alpha Choice Finance received similar notices last week, with Scrooby - who were listed as still holding the shares in the club back in August - having their proposed dissolution suspended the following day.
