Former Bulls striker Delroy Facey is in Court today to face charges of conspiracy to commit bribery.
The 34 year old had not played professionally since leaving Edgar Street after a single season in 2012. He is to appear alongside Moses Swaibu at Birmingham Crown Court.
Swaibu, a former Whitehawk player, has previously been tried on match fixing charges but the jury failed to reach a verdict in a trial that saw former teammate Michael Boateng jailed for 16 months but another ex-Whitehawk man, Hakeem Adelakun cleared of charges.
