Palmer Rejoins Evesham

The former Bulls contingent at Evesham is now up to four with striker Marcus Palmer rejoining the Robins.

Now 24, Palmer was the 14 goal top scorer for Matt Clarke's men last season before quitting the club for Stourbridge in March. He played just four times for the Bulls in 2007 and 2008.

Meanwhile, there is speculation that Paul Parry may be leaving Preston. Whites boss Graham Westley started pre-season training with only the players he had signed for the club since his January arrival, barring one goalkeeper, and the strangely driven former Stevenage leader admitted to the press that it could be a case that the whole squad will change:

“Could the whole squad change? Something along those lines might happen. Most of the other lads have expressed a desire to move on, or expressed a desire to develop their careers in a different way.

“Whether it is me making a judgement for them or them making a judgement for themselves, I could see virtually all the squad changing over.”

Meanwhile, former Bulls loanee Sammy Igoe has joined Evo-Stik Southern League Premier newcomers Gosport Boro from Havant and Waterlooville. Now 36, the former Bristol Rovers man has dropped a division from Conf South.
