Former Bulls loanee Mark Marshall has been handed a new contract at Barnet after triggering an extension clause in his current deal. The 25 year old scored 20 goals for the relegated Pirates during the season.

Lincoln's local press are reporting that several members of the club's office staff have been told they will be made redundant following the club's relegation from the League. The club have refused to comment, saying the matter is between them and the staff. One of Swindon's sponsors has quit the club in protest at Paolo Di Canio's appointment as manager. The GMB union spent £4,000 a season with the club but now say they cannot be associated with the club due to the political leanings of Di Canio.

Port Vale chairman Bill Bratt says he may walk away anyway, regardless of the outcome of the upcoming EGM. Bratt has been at the helm for eight years but a majority vote from shareholders could see him being ousted. Plymouth boss Peter Reid is claimed by the national press to be on a shortlist for the Sheff Utd job vacated when Micky Adams was sacked.
