Hereford United manager John Trewick will be able to find out about FA Cup Round One opponents Sutton United from a current player at Edgar Street as Gavin McCallum was top scorer at Sutton last season.
McCallum joined Sutton from Havant and Waterlooville at the start of last season and played a key role in helping his side reach the Isthmian League Premier Division play-offs.
His signing was announced on the same day as former Hereford United striker Chukki Eribenne joined the club.
McCallum was first to score a League goal for Sutton last season. It took him just 12 minutes in a league game against Harlow.
Meanwhile there is one player currently with Sutton that Hereford United supporters will remember from the 'Wilderness Years'. Defender Jason Goodliffe used to play for Stevenage amidst other clubs.
