Ex-Bull Phil Robinson is assisting Keith Downing at Cheltenham after usual assistant Bob Bloomer suffered achilles damage playing in the Masters tournament. Robinson, who succeeded Downing as coach at Edgar Street, has been out of work since leaving Stafford. Another former Bull, Gareth Sheldon, has signed a new one year deal at Tamworth after being voted their player of the year last season.

The reformed Halifax club has been accepted into the Unibond League and will confirm it's name shortly, with the Administrators still trying to sell off the assets of the old club - including the Halifax Town name.
