Rochdale have appealed the red card issued to former Morecambe midfielder David Perkins. The hearing is set for tomorrow with Dale saying they have provided the best possible representation in an attempt to get the card rescinded.
Meanwhile, the Spotlands club have so far filled 45 coaches for their trip to Weobley Stadium and have commissioned a supply of commemorative shirts for sale to fans prior the final.
For their part, Stockport have produced a special T-shirt, which is selling in hundreds at £10 each through the club shop. Queues for tickets were today said to be extending to over an hour and a half. Problems exist regarding coaches with all available having been already filled. The club are trying to find additional coaches from outside of the immediate area.
