Sheldon joins Tamworth

Former Hereford United player Gareth Sheldon has joined Tamworth.

Sheldon, now 27, came to Edgar Street at the start of last season after being released by Kidderminster but failed to impress Graham Turner and left by mutual agreement at the end of February. He made ten appearances for the Bulls scoring once in the Mansfield home game.

After leaving Hereford he trained with Nuneaton for a week or so but then joined Halesowen.
